Terms for transport assignments

OnRail's general transport terms are published in Norwegian only. The Norwegian text is the binding version and prevails in case of any discrepancy or doubt of interpretation.

In short: the terms build on NSAB 2015, with the exception of article 25 on storage, and cover booking, carriage, liability, claims and payment for combined rail transport.
