By using the website of OnRail AS (“the website”, “we”, “us”) you accept the terms below. If you do not accept the terms, please refrain from using the website.

These terms govern the use of the website itself. Booking and performance of transport assignments are governed by separate transport terms, see the section on transport services.

The website is intended for information about OnRail AS and our services, and for contacting us and placing bookings.

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, video and graphics, is the property of OnRail AS or is used with the permission of the rights holder. The content may not be copied, distributed, republished or used commercially without written consent from OnRail AS.

Booking and performance of transport assignments are governed by OnRail's transport terms, which are based on NSAB 2015. In the event of conflict, the transport terms prevail for matters concerning the transport assignment itself.

We work to keep the website available and the information correct and up to date, but do not guarantee that the website is error-free or uninterrupted.

Information about routes, departures, terminals and operational notices on the website is indicative. In the event of discrepancies between the website and actual operations, the information in OnRail's booking system in force at any given time prevails.

OnRail AS is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

The website may contain links to websites operated by others. OnRail AS is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or conduct of such external websites.

OnRail AS may change these terms. Changes take effect when published on the website, and the date of the latest update is stated at the top of this page. By continuing to use the website after changes are published, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be sought resolved amicably. If this is unsuccessful, Oslo District Court is the agreed venue.
